Hello! My name is Michael. I’m moving back to California, and I need to find someone to take over my room. It’s a bedroom in a three bedroom apartment. It’s two blocks from the Ximen MRT station. The location of the apartment is great. There’s a lot of shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. You’ll be sharing the apartment with an American English teacher and a Thai student. The rent is 12,000 NT a month, which includes all utilities including water, electricity, cable TV, and internet. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment. The apartment is newly remodeled.
